Scope: This document establishes techniques for validating that a mission store comples with the interface requirements delineated in MIL-STD-1760. The purpose of this document is to provide methods for validating that an mission store's electrical interface comples with the mission store interface (MSI) requirements of MIL-STD-1760. This document provides a modular, independent set of methods for each of the requirements in MIL-STD-1760 that applies to mission stores. The methods herein apply to the auxiliary (AUX) interface as well as the primary interface of MIL-STD-1760.

【摘要】:Theglasstransitionisdependentonthethermalhistory,softeningagentsoradditivesofthematerialtobetested.Foramorphousandsemicrystallinematerialstheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperaturemayleadtoimportantinformationaboutthermalhistory,processingconditions,stability,progressofchemicalreactions,andmechanicalandelectricalbehavior.Thermomechanicalanalysisprovidesarapidmeansofdetectingchangesinhardnessorlineardimensionalchangeassociatedwiththeglasstransition.DimensionalchangesmeasuredasaspecimenisheatedovertheTgregionmayincludetheinteractionofseveraleffects:anincreaseinthecoefficientofexpansion,adecreaseinthemodulus,whichunderaconstantstressleadstoincreasedextension,stressreliefleadingtoirreversibledimensionalchange(shrinkageinonedimension,expansioninanotherdimension),andphysicalagingeffectswhichchangethekineticsofthedimensionalchange.Thistestmethodisusefulforresearchanddevelopment,qualitycontrol,andspecificationacceptancetesting;particularlyoffilmsandfibers.1.1Thistestmethodcoversaprocedurefortheassignmentofaglasstransitiontemperatureofmaterialsonheatingusingthermomechanicalmeasurements.1.2ThistestmethodmaybeusedasacomplementtoTestMethodE1545andisapplicabletoamorphousortopartiallycrystallinematerialsintheformoffilms,fibers,wires,etc.thataresufficientlyrigidtoinhibitextensionduringloadingatambienttemperature.1.3Thegenerallyapplicabletemperaturerangeforthistestmethodisx2212;100to600x00B0;C.Thistemperaturerangemaybealtereddependingupontheinstrumentationused.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.5ThereisnoISOmethodequivalenttothismethod.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
