【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversacoextrudedpolyethylenecompositepressurepipewithaweldedaluminumtubereinforcementbetweentheinnerandouterlayers.Theinnerandouterpolyethylenelayersarebondedtothealuminumtubebyameltadhesive.Includedisasystemofnomenclatureforthepolyethylene-aluminum-polyethylene(PE-AL-PE)pipes,therequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,thedimensionsandstrengthsofthecomponenttubesandfinishedpipe,adhesiontests,andtheburstandsustainedpressureperformance.Alsogivenaretherequirementsandmethodsofmarking.Thepipecoveredbythisspecificationisintendedforuseinpotablewaterdistributionsystemsforresidentialandcommercialapplications,waterservice,undergroundirrigationsystems,andradientpanelheatingsystems,baseboard,snow-andice-meltsystems,andgasesthatarecompatiblewithcompositepipeandfittings.1.2Thisspecificationrelatesonlytometalandplasticcompositepipesincorporatingaweldedmetallictube.Theweldedmetallictubeofitselfiscapableofsustaininginternalpressures.Pipesconsistingofmetalliclayersnotweldedtogetherareoutsidethescopeofthisspecification.1.3SpecificationsforconnectorsforusewithpipemeetingtherequirementsofthisspecificationaregiveninAnnexA1.1.4Thisspecificationexcludescrosslinkedpolyethylene-aluminum-crosslinkedpolyethylenepipes(seeSpecificationF1281).1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodsportion,Section9,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
